Please, Paul! No glamor shots until the situation is clear.

Aaaah! You said it! A single-panel comic of Pickle eating a pickle is now guaranteed.

Well, as much fun as being a bodysuit might be (and there is a banner ad for something similar on the main site...) I think we all knew it wouldn't end up good for at least one of the two involved.

There is a small tickle, in the back of my mind, re: a wiretapped conversation about how lucky it was to be a certain pair of undergarments, between a certain Prince and 'the Other Woman'...

And then there's Dean Martin - I hugged her and she hugged back...

I do note, right now, that Nadette is pictured in the same shading as Monica first was when The Tar dragged her into Jet's Demonspace.

Dreamer. Maybe within the next five [week]days we may get the whole story.

What is this dumping on Thor anyway? He's just expressing an opinion like everyone else. No need to make it personal. In that regard, however, I think we need to keep in mind That Wapsi is a comic about strong female characters. The male characters are just there to round out the story and that's about it. Nothing wrong with that. At least, unlike most such stories, he doesn't portray them that way by having them kick male butts or slaughter them by the dozen. It's not a men bad women good/victims thing. Women are the good guys AND the bad guys (except for a couple of exceptions). And it's women (well, females anyway) taking their lumps along with passing them out. I think Jacob was shown as a bit much of a wimp by being bullied that easily by Atsali, but that's not how they are usually shown. Shelly's main squeeze was shown as a stand up guy who wasn't going to take bad treatment from anyone, including Shelly. Monica's beau, Kevin, was never shown as just a weakling bowing to her demands. Though he did get a raw deal in the end, but that's life. Owen was a scrappy little guy ready to tangle with an amazon/gorilla as a love interest. And Allen stood by a star destroying, suicidal golem through thick and thin. Someone who could transform him into a bed sheet stain without even realizing what she was doing. Hopefully Jacob will grow a spine at some point, but where the overall story is concerned, the male characters are just bit players. Fine with me. Besides, Paul's story telling is so compelling I hardly notice or care about the general exclusion of the male characters. Personally, I don't want that to change.

Back when we were actually in the time of (first) being shown that Nadette was attracted to Atsali and (later) being introduced to Jacob, I was not shy about pointing out the virtues of a Nadette-Atsali relationship or the flaws of Jacob. Some of the posters here were spirited in their disagreement. Although a ceasefire was put in place, embers of that time appear to still smolder. It's nothing to be concerned about.

Maaaan...

:(

You better not have just pointed out an actual connection. I really hope that's just a coincidence. Both because I don't like the Tar one bit and I like the characters too much, and because my brain goes into over-analytical hyperdrive about it's nature. I still don't have a good grasp on what that thing was.
I think the Tar is what got me to take out a permanent spot in Confusion Corner.
