I think Bia is reduced in power, but not in toughness. Remember that Bia and Charon survived being glassified by the Chimera. (Although it did put a crick in Charon's back) I don't think Connie can do Bia any permanent harm.

Bud may be angry at Bia, thinking her nightmares were deliberate attacks by Bia against Bud. And, Bia has just proven she can appear in people's dreams.

But, ya know, Bud, sometimes a nightmare is just too much pepperoni pizza. Or as Freud put it, "Sometimes a cigar is just a smoke."
