I'm sure that precinct was for busy supernaturals voting absentee. "Well, let's see, I'll be harrowing some dimension on Election Day. But I was born in Massachusetts Bay Colony before 1787, and my last terrestrial residence was Fort Saint Anthony, so... I'm eligible to-- wait. Did I register so I could vote for Humphrey? There was, at one time, a North Carolina Congressional district that was a hundred and sixty miles long and maybe a hundred yards wide for most of its length - the width of the I-85 right-of-way... (District 12, 1992)

If you do a right-click and read the address, it's just "district.png". Anyway, i would have had to spell it out, since you can't use asterisks in file names...
