Aside from scrambling genres here, the "Azure Gateway" is in one of the few episodes i actually watched.

And in that one, it was a sting at the end, revealing that they hadn't arrived where they thought they had and setting up the next episode.

I did get San Fransokyo, I know it from the film version of 'Big Hero Six'.

After posting about the "woosh!' sound over my head, I got to thinking that might have been it- based on up-thread comments...

Speaking of hidden in plain sight stuff, it took me a while to realize the city names in Pokemon territory were color names: Viridian, Cerulean, etc. Duh.
