My YouTube suggestions are going completely bonkers because of the weird video history I have... And almost every video I've watched on YouTube has been from you guys.

You need to hunt up 'drunken Russian bimbos' and you will get a more rounded selection...GlytchMeister wrote:My YouTube suggestions are going completely bonkers because of the weird video history I have... And almost every video I've watched on YouTube has been from you guys.

Hey, and what about Romper Room, with Miss Maryjane and that song:Warrl wrote:And then there's Mr. Rogers, who invited small children into his home and started taking off his clothes...
... and they made a TV series out of it...
Sure, all he took off was a sweater or jacket...

"I never do anything wrong!
"I'm a Romper Room Doobie!
"A doobie all day long!"
And the parents wondered why we turned out like that in college . . . .

Ok, ya got me with"Who's Vincent Pride?" But, as shocking to you as it may be, I actually know what a phone book is... AND I know how to USE them! So THERE! Pthbthpthbth!
I don't know what exact time slice to quote, but I'm pretty sure there is a Phone Book being put to use in that link I just posted there...

You play the video, stop it where you want us to start looking at it, right-click on the video and select "Copy video URL at current time". Paste the link into your post:TazManiac wrote:

lake_wrangler: a problem is a lot of browsers (mainly those that have *stopped* youtube auto playing ) do not support that...
(yes I could switch it off, BUT then I would have 5 or more vids playing at the same time... Thanks to youtube's 'always play' policy... and no, the web switches don't always work, due to cookie cleaning for safety! (and then next day I forget it was switched off, load another bunch of vids, loads of noise/ overload due to them ALL loading at once...
)
I would prefer just the time of the segment, so when I load a vid, I can easily find it..

Yeah, I know, I know- but I'm often at the mercy of a quota capped cellular hot-spot for Internet access these days.
Sometimes I have to put off the most minimalist of downloads to avoid going over; it's aint my connection after all, I'm just lucky to have access.

I was not aware of that difficulty. I use Google Chrome (which does not, in and of itself, prevent the auto-play bug, err, I mean, "feature"), and have installed an extension called Magic Actions for YouTube, which controls many things, including preventing auto play, yet still allows me to stop the video and right-click on it to get the url at the precise time it's stopped at. I too have, at times, opened several YouTube tabs at once, and would not enjoy them playing all at once...illiad wrote:lake_wrangler: a problem is a lot of browsers (mainly those that have *stopped* youtube auto playing ) do not support that...

Of course, you could always modify the URL yourself, without the right-clicking... Just add "?t=[number of seconds into the video where you want it]" at the end of the regular YouTube URL.
That way, becomes instead.
