I'll agree w/ OM Mickey on two fronts; A-Team, aye. She'll need some practice though to let it settle in, that and there are a few films that are worth seeing 'On the Big Screen' as it were.
These days it takes a deliberate effort to brave the crowds, and yes I usually pack my own snacks (except for attending the Stanford (fox [sic]) Theater where popcorn and sodas are still $1.50 for a medium. Yes, you read that right, and in 2015 dollars too.

Though the nature of the wonder can depend on just how and how well they can fly.
And if the team includes a squad of ballooning araneidamorphs, then "wonder" might not be the emotion inspired in much of the audience.

If the cheerleaders include a half-dozen selkies, would they then be DEVGRU?

The first rule of Flight Team is, you do not talk about Flight Team.
The second rule of Flight Team is, you DO NOT talk about Flight Team.
Third rule of Flight Team is, any landing you can walk away from, it's good...
(If the members of the Flight Team are those who can fly, then Atsali has to be in the group.)

My usual Movie Snack, when I do decide to go to the theater, is a big soft pretzel with cheese, and a large diet cola. Occasionally, something chocolate.

That term has
different connotations (link NSFW) to some of us...
(Although it looks like it might still fit Devyn.) (This month. At that age, no telling about next month.)

I haven't seen Junior mints at the theatres in decades, so I get my second choice. Besides, it's chocolate and sprinkles rolled into one.
Goobers are too salty for me. I prefer blondies or sultanas, so Raisinettes are out too.

Besides, it's
all carp chocolate at the movies...for expensive prices. If I could smuggle in a demi kilo of Belgian pralines safely, I would. I'd also bring everyone's fave candies if we ever get a Wapsi movie night.

snippage...
Besides, it's all carp chocolate at the movies...for expensive prices. .
huh.. it must be the theaters you go to then... up here in Seattle, there isn't a theater around that DOESN'T have Jr. Mints. that is, unless they sell out of course (which is actually rare) and haven't gotten the new stock in yet.
as for the prices, yeah, not much the theater can do about that... MOST of the ticket price goes directly back to the movie studio and distributors, they hardly make SQUAT on the ticket... most of the money that pays the employees and rent, etc... comes from the concession stand, and if more people smuggle stuff in and don't buy it there, then they start to lose money and risk going out of business, not a good thing to have happen. note that i'm not saying it's wrong or right to bring in your own stuff if they don't sell it there already... but...

OOOH!... i'm not one for the cheese covered aspect, but i can DEFINITELY go for a soft pretzel right about now...melted butter, and salted with those "sized for pretzels" huge grains of salt... mmmm...

My fave theatre, I used to take my son every Saturday to the kids matinee...
I spend $20 on popcorn and drinks for two, plus the refills, and if they have a Wonka machine, I spend $10 on a small tub of candy for my son. These matinees are about the cost of a dvd rental, so it's pure profit.
I'll smuggle in all the chocolate I want, and the theatres free to be smegheads to me about it, because she can toss us out, but I'll be back for the next showing twenty minutes later on her dime.
It's still not worth $7 for a 50ยข box o candy(a type of which they don't plan on carrying) after I just spent $20-30 on other concessions.
It was one manager, the head one, and she's unpleasant to anyone female, hates me and purposely doesn't order the popular candies, despite tons of requests for it.
She's sleazy, and as soon as I find out how she still has a job there, she won't(nobody calls my son bad names for any reason, double for saying it to my face).
So yeah, that's my personal beef about the theatre box treats.

Oh, yeah! Sometimes when the urge is strong, I'll get a box of frozen Super Pretzels, and heat a couple up at home. I have a PIzzazz Pizza Oven, and it's great for more than just pizza. The pretzels come off it jussssssst right.

Then, there's the traditional source of All Things Good And Twisted... some folks say they don't taste right if not prepared and served in the traditional manner...
