Yea i can see some harsh words about to be exchanged between those two. Have to be proud of the sprout though, it worked first time.
Because those of us who are familiar with the truly inexplicable are using Paul's work to massage our poor overworked brains.Opus the Poet wrote:But it does seem that Wapsi attracts a significant percentage of ex-operatives, I wonder why?

That's where the "survival" and "evasion" parts come into play.Julie wrote:*gigglefits* Oh Pickle...your sister is going to hurt you when she gets down!![]()

From what we've seen, their apartments seem to be very "industrial" in interior design: lots of bricks, concrete, exposed beams, and the like. It wouldn't be unlikely for there to be exposed girders or something overhead, that a rope and counterweight could be slung over.eee wrote:I'm a bit confused about the mechanics of this. Normally when you have a trap like this, there's a heavy weight or a bent tree or spring under heavy tension to provide the motive power. Here, we have what appears to have been a noose Atsali stepped in, that moved upward with enough force to yank her off her feet and leave her hanging in mid-air. So what did Pickle hook that noose to?
Good thing that she's lighter weight than she appears.eee wrote:Atsali's ankle is going to HURT after this.
no sir, i am not dangerous. not special nothing, lol. just ex AF, we provide just provide transportation for those types and big booms if requested.Sgt. Howard wrote:

Harsh? no... but inquisitive...
We could tell you but then we'd have to flip a coin to see which one of us gets to kill you... LOL Just kidding... I'm former Military Police... and worked for CID doing drug investigations for awhile...Sgt. Howard wrote:WAIT A MO!!! You have to wonder if Atsali has a busted nose now... I imagine those things gave her quite the smack in the face!Jabberwonky wrote:And the answer is 'Yes!'...DilyV wrote:I knew it.... I asked if anything good would come out of this...
Because the kids using the Disquss commenting section (when did that get added) can't find the forum link?Opus the Poet wrote:But it does seem that Wapsi attracts a significant percentage of ex-operatives, I wonder why?

nah... that's not how it goes... and since you got it wrong, that means that YOU must not be cleared for that, EITHER...Opus the Poet wrote:Your paygrade isn't high enough to know that.Sgt. She can be a tad distracting, though. They might not be paying attention to what she's actually pointing at.jwhouk wrote:But Bud's pointing right at it!
Depends on how heavy the counterweight is. Though, it would seem that she narrowly missed klonking her head on the stairs. Or Pickle took that risk into account and set the trap up to avoid it.kingklash wrote:Considering her build, just how fast do you think Atsali spun around her center of gravity?
