ANYTHING that has illustrations by Jon Kovalic HAS to be good.
I think he's referring to Monica's target practice comic, where she and bud went out in the desert and shot at rocks; Monica shot and Bud hyper-accelerated the bullets, which pretty much reduced the targets to dust and plasma. Don't have the archive date, but someone here surely does.
