Nevermind, I had the scenario jump into my head while I was typing out the previous sentence:

Kevin is shooting the antics of otters, one of which is a "friend" of Krystle (not a pet, but an animal she visits frequently and one that recognizes her as a playmate) and happens to get several pictures of Krystle and the otter having aquatic fun. Kevin talks to her, finds out her e-mail addy and sends her the pictures, then Krystle talks to Kevin about school and what-not, a friendship develops and when Krystle finds out that Kevin is Monica's ex she gets a bit of a crush that blows up into full-on passion.

Ya know, I'm pretty sure this is the first time the word "Dick" has ever been used in this comic. In this context anyway.

Seems like the Monica Mentoring Method isn't going all that well. Calista still has the interpersonal relationship skills of a land mine. Not to mention the same old snarky, insulting attitude. Speaking of land mines, Jessie has the look of "Hell! I just stepped on a Bouncing Betty! Now what do I do!?" This Bouncing Betty, however, can do things that would be worse than simply being killed. Come to think of it, considering how high Cricket can jump, Bouncing Betty isn't a bad analogy/nickname (Caroming Cricket?).

My hats off to Paul. I was wondering how he was going to get everyone to come to the big pool part at the para-pool. Now he has Aunt Jin and company meeting her there. The bear twins fuzzy tail and all are there for moral support and just come on along this should be fun. The tuna girls and Cricket are coming because they are trying to catch up with Stali to make sure shes ok and not considering tuna fish tartar. The snake sisters are coming because Jin asked them to. Lastly the busy body MILF at the pool is gonna turn out to be Lilith. There we go all the recent threads all pulled together nicely in a complete cover. Yea and the chances of any of it being right is slightly better than a snowballs chances in hell i know i know.

So, if the busybody was Lilith... Atsali has repeatedly described the complainer as "one of the moms". So, who's the kid, and who's the kid's dad?

I'd think Lilith might have some interesting issues with relationships, if what's traditionally written about her history is even anywhere in the same city as the neighborhood of being correct.

There appears to have been a time gap in what we've seen - Atsali and Jessie have probably talked some. Also, the coffeehouse Jacob's family run appears to be the equivalent of Mucho Mocha for kids that go to the paranormal school; the place where the young paras can hang out with other paras.

That's funny, because I didn't see anyone under the age of 30 when I was at the RL version. Of course, it was lunch hour, and Gryphon High might have a closed campus.

no idea who it may be but i would be inclined to think it was a succubus since they would probably know another when they see one and make unsupported assumptions. could be wrong though.

Not saying it should be mutual, in fact if Kevin was oblivious it would be even better. He just thinks she likes photography, not photographers.

I have the feeling that when Monica was in Georgette's Demon-scape the incident with the Tar may have caused a sort of fusion between them that is causing something within each to need that kind of closeness. Remember. at the club they had some type of demon grappling between them not wanting to let go until the alcohol was dumped.
As to her treating Kevin like a sex toy, Kevin mentioned something close to that to Alan back in the beginning of the relationship and Alan just blew it off in a typical "so what is the problem?" sort of way. I don't know if that is what Paul was aiming at but its my thought.
