Nah. When Berdine and Nadette transform into things like hats or balloon animals the excess amount of them basically goes into Hammerspace or somewhere.

The bra seems to be surviving in the transition panel - it's probably a Lydia Special made of non-newtonian materials.

Considering Nadette's prior behavior, I wouldn't be surprised if Atsali's soon bright red across the upper chest just below the collarbone.
