But having a copy of everything printed may not imply it's indistinguishable from the original, or that it has a copy of each sheet of bills. Currency, for example, might be in a noticeably different color, or not numbered. Or they may have only one sheet of each set of bills, or even each denomination. Or else they may be in a special room that takes quite a while to access.

As opposed to the dummy parents who think they are cuddly animals, until one takes a chunk out of their daughter at a petting zoo...
