Okay. I do not want to speculate as to what was running through the alleged mind of the owner of this vehicle.
Let's just say that those wheels/tires do not match the image that the paint job suggests.
If this thing ever goes anywhere where the paint job might hypothetically (very hypothetically) be effective, it's gonna be because someone stole it and drove it out into the woods to strip.
I have seen more ludicrous things on the street, but...
