I'm in the hospital 😝
I'm not sure how but I tore two of the 3 glutes on my right side, the gluteus medius and the gluteus minimus and fell heavily on my right shoulder and pinched a bunch of nerves on my right side about 4 weeks ago. I also tore my rotator cuff, and have basically no feeling in my right hand. I'm in rehab now until 8/7. I'm getting Internet via my phone and it sucks
I ride my bike to ride my bike, and sometimes it takes me where I need to go.

Ow ow owww! So sorry to hear that. I had no idea that the herd of invisible brontosauri were anywhere near your location

When I tore up my rotator cuff, following the physical terrorist therapist's (
) instructions exactly apparently resulted in 90% recovery, when they'd been predicting 50% . . . doing PT right after taking the pain meds seemed to help, too.
