From a "short stack", to "pancakes", and now to "baked goods" (and I suppose an ice-cream cone qualifies). Seems like a carbohydrate-rich week for the strip

It does appear we are in for some heavy carb loading. Although I prefer my carb loading in the form of pasta, this is also acceptable. The morning after the spaghetti supper we had pancakes prior to riding the Hotter'n'Hell Hundred I completed. And I maintained a rolling average of 15+ MPH for 63 miles of the metric Century route.
I ride my bike to ride my bike, and sometimes it takes me where I need to go.
