She's immune to her sister's immense boobs but only because she's family.

Maybe if Scarlet started hiding cookies in there, she'd trigger the Atsali immunity.

I think it's the difference between growing up with someone with large knockers, and someone you have been with that only recently got hit with the Boob Fairy's wand several times. One is just the state of the world, the other is a seismic shift.

I do not think that, "intimidated", is the right word here. "Attracted", is more likely the case, subconsciously through her relationship with her sister. Now I am not saying that Cass has the hots for Atsali, but she does lover her sister, and she will look for aspects of her sister, in any potential love interest. And not only Atsaly, but Aunt Monica also has large breasts. So it is not hard to see why Cass would like that particular feature.
