Re: Sgt. Howard's Wedding- comments section

I hope that Annie's mother does well. I was expecting Mr. Heinlein's AR to maybe have the issues of two that came into the shop for short-stroking . . . one had the wrong (mid-length) gas tube, and the other had been loaded with a mixture of .300 Blackout, .223 and 5.56mm . . . naturally, when it fi...

Pollination?
That usually doesn't actually take root, regardless of how it makes your sinuses feel.

. . . EDIT: Google is your friend, the wood is called Gmelina Arborea * and is readily available if you know what it is. I wonder if that's the "beechwood" widely used for rifle stocks in SE Asia? In high school we got hold of some hemlock that was so hard it polished . . . we weren't sur...

Re: Sgt. Howard's Wedding- comments section

I sometimes suffer from hoofinmouth disease... Don't we all... No offence taken- we were divorced a good number of years at the time, and I actually came pretty close to killing her for what she was doing to my children. I stopped right at the "moment of truth" when I realized I would be ...

Assuming that paparazzi can have hearts, of course.

Congratulations, Greg, and best wishes to you both! (A friend of my wife is in a somewhat similar situation, but a bit worse. Her partner is a Mexican citizen whose wife just up and left him, years ago, and nobody knows where she is. Under Mexican law it's apparently almost impossible to get a divo...

Yeah, sunrise in eastern Washington is usually pretty . . . and pretty cold.

I remember a discussion about why he rebuilt a double-wide . . instead of demolishing and building new.

Mordor doesn't have to be real to be a useful comparison.

OTOH, there's a theory that all fiction is written by dreamwalkers, and is thus real in another dimension . . .

Is anyone else having trouble seeing the comic?
I had trouble getting the entire website to load for about 3 hours.
That's what I was getting too, but it's working now.

I'm never sure if it's this electrocoprolite or not.

Is anyone else having trouble seeing the comic?

I'd class the legislature, the city clowncil, and the courts as unnatural disasters.

Rather like the equivalents in the Democratic People's Republic of Seattle.
