How to Care for $800 Bras

Post by Atomic »

I'm sure Monica wants to protect her investments, so she might want to consider one of these:

Ricasol's bra dryer 2.0

The Bra Dryer is able to accommodate bras ranging in size from A to H cup.
I'm not sure if an H is enough to contain M's voluptuousness.

Point taken. They'd probably need to develop at least a model 2.1 then.

Oooo...now I just need to convince my husband that it's totally worth it to spend $150-$250 on this uni-tasker. I hate laundering my bras because of the whole "hang dry wait time" issue. It leaves me stuck at home until one of them is dry enough to wear.

I could hand-wash my bras and leave one unwashed until the others were dry, but the hand-washing thing is more than a little difficult in my home due to only having one sink big enough for the job (hello husband who doesn't understand that dirty dishes go in the dishwasher, not the kitchen sink). Thankfully we have a really fancy-pants washer that can handle my delicates.

So I still could potentially leave one unwashed until the others dry. However, they get washed in their own cycle (since I use a special detergent for them), and so I'd be left with one dirty bra that couldn't get washed until the next cleaning day...which leaves me short a bra...which is not an acceptable solution since I don't own very many (that whole "expensive" thing ya know).

So yeah...maybe I could convince him that we should have this...right??

If this gizmo actually costs less than the bras, then I'd call it a good investment. ;)

Then it burns out & she'll leave it in the basement to moulder.

The puns are so thick, don't ask me why.
Yanno how some people have Angels/Devils for a conscience? I have a Dark Elf ShadowKnight and a Half Elf Ranger for mine. The really bad part is when they agree on something.

Maybe instead of rhyming I should have attempted to administer some awesome alliteration.

I don't even listen to much rap music, but I still want to buy a microphone and lay down some phat beatz, using the lines above.

I am kind of a strange one.

Well, another way to do it is to get a crank/tabletop washing machine.

Here are a couple of examples -

http://www.laundry-alternative.com/inde ... shing.html

http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/i ... ?ID=608681

The first link also has some dryers.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
