Okay. I use a Net10 pre-paid smartphone; $50 a month for unlimited everything.

Apparently, Net10's computers cannot tell the difference between negative and positive numbers - today (4 April 2013, to save you the trouble of checking just to re-affirm your impression that that is the date), i received an e-mail from them:

My sister had trouble once with an auto-update program that was just about ready to upgrade the 6.0 program she had just installed to the 5.4 version . . . .

Not sure what Merlin has to do with it, other than a misplaced sense of time, but yeah, pretty big failure. Did you let them have it regarding their "delayed" email?
