Yeah, noises in the house when I'm supposed to be alone would freak me out, too. What is that on Cas' shirt, I mean other than the milk carton?

Anyone think Cas's guest, if a person, is someone she forgot was coming to visit or, if not a person, a mouse or a stray cat that got into the apartment?
