Where it really matters, he's very very wise indeed. I guess the buzz-phrase these days is "emotional intelligence", and I think Hiroshi is showing that he has plenty of that.

Not so sure about his intelligence (not saying it's low, just that I'm not sure), But his wisdom is maxed.

Yes his INT may be low (or maybe not, he seems to notice things that indicate perception) but he seems to have maxed out his WIS stat. And before someone gets on me about confusing the INT and WIS stats as they relate to perception, I play 3 different RPG systems and some of them have perception as an INT plus boost/roll, and some have them as a WIS plus boost/roll. One has Perception as a Skill with a WIS plus INT plus skill points plus a roll. And as you get to higher levels your Perception also goes up. That's a fun system to play that I don't get to play in any more since that group got scattered by job transfers and we didn't go virtual because our DM got sent to the boonies with no cell service or broadband.
