Which begs the question: how exactly does one skin alive a tangle of vines?

Not all figures of speech make literal sense even in ordinary circumstances.

But maybe in Castela's case Katherine would have used a peeler. (Aside from the small detail that's she'd never literally skin one of her kids.)

Which brings up the question: How much of Castel's anatomy of her "Human" disguise form is real? It looks like her lips have sensation and kissing feels good to her, but assuming she was hurt out by herself and transported to a regular hospital what would they find on the x-rays? Bones, or a bundle of vines? :ugeek:

I wonder, is it actually something about Cas that causes succubus tails to react like that?

Actually, that doesn't sound too far fetched, biologically speaking, though I was thinking something related to the para side of the Wapsiverse. Either option sounds interesting to me. Or even both at the same time.

So, you're saying that Katherine isn't apeeling?

Starting with the phrase figure of speech . . . figures are numbers, so the phrase doesn't actually make much sense.

She's been tempted I suspect, probably with Atsali. But I don't think she'd actually act on those temptations.

Does verbal skinning count?
