Timothy is wearing a "Himbo" shirt unironically, but still just as oblivious to his effect on women of his age and older. If he was a puppy he would be "Bestest Boy" not just a good boy.

However, he's actually a lion cub. (Not a great pic of him shifted, but the first one I found.)

Yes I know about his heritage, that's why I said "if he was a puppy". Also because he's so loyal.

He certainly did look rather leonine when he was younger, but...

So, yeah, he is or was qualified to be a puppy.
