I know it's traditional that, when you have a companion who is prone to running off in an over-eager fashion, and you want them to calm down a bit, you say

HEEL!

but I'm not sure it was the right solution in this case!

For Asti the proper command would be

ROOST

Kath a bit of advice. Find some rope and tie this kid up. Leave her safely on the shelf and come back once you've found the dolls. This will reatly increase your chances of surviving the adventure.

Bet Asti doesn't even realize it was her who clonked Kath in the Jaw.

Kick her unconscious, then ask if she is all right.

At this point, Kath should make that little twit ask permission to even breathe. It is fast becoming obvious that Atsali is a walking disaster. Bad luck Schleprock has nothing on this bird.

I'm beginning to wonder if Atsali is a reincarnation of Joe Btfsplk!

She survived a mine blast and getting buried under a ton of rock, only to get kicked in the head. Almost sounds like a teeshirt.

One hopes that after surviving all this, she doesn't wind up dead of a broken neck...

Yay! I knew Katherine would survive. Considering shes okay after a Boot to the Head. and Yeah Atomic you beat me to that line but I found the Video.

And all of the recent anguish is quickly forgotten. She's ready to hit the trail again. Well, after hitting Kath. There is an order to these things after all. At least she wasn't wearing shoes. Worse yet had reverted back to her talons.

I just realized all this, from the moment they entered the mine, has probably taken place in only about 15-20 minutes.

Sure glad to see that Kath survived - abet a bit scarred and bruised . On another point - the like jumped from 43 yesterday to 1242 today. I know it's the first of the month - but that seems a little ridiculous .

On another point from yesterday - the folks that predicted a massive POOP parade must be totally disappointed. For myself - this reaction to Kath's appearance is more to my taste edits for 3 rotten cases of 'stupid fingers'

At first I thought Atsali must have a loose connection somewhere, since Kath's touch got a reaction but her voice did not.
Then it occurred to me that Kath simply forgot to shout, since they are both probably nearly deaf.
This being a cartoon, the one thing both of them don't have to contend with is the RW choking dust that you could cut with a knife.

"Are you ok?"

Well, she was ...

You know, Atsali, it's traditional to put your foot in your OWN mouth.

Kid's got good reflexes, though...

"OMG! You're alive! That means you're not dead after all!"

It also means Atsali will actually say "OMG" out loud.
