(Actually, Atsali saying "who cares?" would be a more emotional reaction than she's showing.)

Nothing is more irritating than a wasted worry. All fretted up and nowhere to go. A cautious concern, crumbled and cast aside. Sisterly sympathy, so sorry, not needed.
