I can't recall off-hand... does this group of Castela's cohorts know Monica at all well? They may remember her as the ferocious-and-mock-scary Jaguar Girl who visited their classroom when they were in elementary school, but I'm not sure they've dealt with her as directly or recently as Atsali's friends did.

On another subject... when I read "decoherence curtain" my mind insists that this was actually invented many decades ago... by Gypsy Rose Lee, who used it to madden her audiences.
