Duh! Of course Monica is going to step in and try and stop Phix from killing the dingbats.

And I am guessing that she cannot actually harm Phix in the Library so she learns an important lesson about herself, Phix is unharmed and two vampires discover that the undead can poop themselves.

Hmmm. "Cannot harm" doesn't necessarily mean "cannot stop" or "cannot seriously inconvenience."

Monica might be able to poit Phix backwards 50 feet, and repeat as required. Wouldn't harm Phix at all, so the Library might not be set up to prevent it, but this might neutralize Phix as a threat to the vampires until she calms down a bit.

Since Phix cannot be harmed in thew Library, almost anything Monica does will be ineffective. Therefore a higher power than Phix will have to steo in, and the only one I know of that could stop Phix is the Library itself, either by stopping her directly or removing her invulnerability.
Gonna be an interesting week.

I was thinking that Phix was acting to get Monica to finally react and accept who she is.

I thought that perhaps Phix was just checking to see the intentions of the lovely vamps coming to the library? Maybe I'm way off base.

Personally, I'm hoping Monica has developed her poiting ability to the point she can instantly put Phix back into the same place but upside down, paws in the air.

By the way, she did not "poit" the phix, she "poited" herself in between the dingbats and phix, and either consciously or unconsciously activated her jaguar powers, as evidenced by the dark circles around her eyes. Monica not only has super powers, she has grown rather brave.

Monica is still not thinking but reacting. She doesn't want to see Phix munch and crunch anything else so she is trying to prevent that. Isn't thinking about protecting or poiting the vamps, just get in front of Phix to stop the action. She doesn't know the vamps, is irate with T over the teeth. So no way is this a reasoned response.

Hmm.. I wonder where Phix 'll end-up.

She cannot be "hurt"in the library, but there's nothing that says that she cannot be humiliated, like, ending-up in the broom-cupboard, or upside-down in a toilet... Or just having her shirt poited over her head

But, having said that, poiting her back a couple of meters would be the most sensible thing, orr.. some baffled visitors to Cedar Lake see the spectacle of a tall, bespecled lady dive-bombing into the lake from about ten feet height.
