Study into how porn affects men scrapped because researchers can't find ANY young men who had not seen it
Paul Byrne/MIRROR News wrote:A study into how porn affects men was dropped - when experts failed to find ANY young men who had not watched it.
Researchers in Canada wanted to compare the behaviour of men who consumed porn with those who had never looked at it all.
Montreal University professor Simon Louis Lajeunesse said: “We started our research by seeking men in their 20s who had never consumed pornography.
“But we couldn’t find any at all!”
However, the research did find that on average heterosexual men first glimpsed porn at the age of 10 years.
Single men look at porn on average for 40 minutes, three times a week, while those with a partner for 20 minutes twice a week.

I blame the interwebs. Do you know how hard it was for me and my friends to find porn as young teens? And we put a fair amount of effort into that research study.,.

*looks up Earth's Children on Wikipedia*
*sees the name of the character Ayla*
*makes the mental connection with the cavewoman from the SNES game Chrono Trigger of the same name*
*facepalm*

True.
The writer /did/ do her research though. usually about ten years between books so she could travel the same rout and talk to Anthropologists to live and study the areas she went to.
