A late popsicle? Does it come wrapped in an obituary?
(Or rather a latte popsicle? )
Also, I thought Brandi worked an office job - teh heck?

And here Pratt just wanted coffee this morning, but it looks like she's getting Brandy.

Okay.
After careful consideration and deep thought, examining the situation and this latest revelation from all angles and directions, trying several possible conclusions and explanations, i would like to sum up my end result.
HUH?!?
It's Brandy, right.
But i'm suddenly wondering just how much of what we know about Brandy up to this point was "cover" ... "legend"...

After all, we've known for a while that Brandy played a major part in the founding of the MiB.

Additional thought: Who (or what) was on that gurney?

YAY BRANDI!!! Always a pleasure.
The "boos?" Junior seems to be getting too familiar with SD Oduya. Then again, maybe she's cool with a nickname, if she allows the consumption of fancy-shmancy frozen treats at potential crime scenes.

"the boos"? Should that be "the boss"?

Edit: I think that is the most formally dressed I have ever seen one of the GGG.

Last time I checked, it said "boss". And the couch is in the fifth right-angle corner of the room....

Yup, it has now been repaired. Although, "boos" (booze) still could've worked; see CraigR's comment further above.

Aww, he fixed it. I was reading "boos" pronounced like "moose". It made me laugh to think of the agent with a bad Canadian accent.

It don't matter how familiar you might be with the boss, calling her 'boo' at work is not a good idea...

This is Brandy’s cover/legend, or maybe even a cover inside a legend. Up until now we were dealing with a more ‘real’ Brandy. This is Brandy, who build the MiB, in her cover as an agent, instead of the immortal boss.Fairportfan wrote:It's Brandy, right.

Makes Perfect Sense. Brandi may not be great under pressure, but she's and excellent director for this bunch -- a dispassionate chessmaster with huge experience in dealing with the absolute worst of the world's beings.
Good to finally know what her day job is! Office manager indeed -- her office is the world! Ha!

Yeah, Euryale told us about this earlier, but I still have a hard time putting this thing into Golem Girl timeline. As far as we knew earlier, they have been tucked away somewhere by Tepoz for centuries, in blissful drunkenness, until given to M just a few years ago. They sobered up even later.
So - has the MiB been around for centuries, going on on its own, or is everything Tepoz told us (and M) about the life of the Golem Girls since the apocalypse a big fat lie? Or did I miss something? This needs one helluva retcon, make it good, Master Paul!
(BTW where's Tepoz been recently, is he still living with M, or roomed in with mommy Maya, or what..?)

Hooooly crapperoly...
Oh, and by the by, the amount of sexiness isn't defined by the amount of nekkidness. Proof in this wee comic here.
Miss Oduya is SIZZLING, SMOKING HOTTT!! ahem.. just lost control for a bit..well dressed ladies have that effect on me'ol'bones

Well, being the Chief of a covert organization will, quite probably, be "an office job" for most of the time, especially for the "higher up". Reports, asessments, preparations for a sting etc. etc. ALL require extensive paperwork. Believe me. If only to be legally covered if stuff goes wrong (unlikely with Brandi at the wheel, but still..)Leak wrote:

but, why 42?

Everything we've seen about Brandy isn't a cover. The GGs were not entirely inactive while they were in "storage". Eueyale said that the GG's created what is today the MIB. We are just now seeing them.Fairportfan wrote:Okay.

Our little Brandy all mature and professional. *sniff* they grow up so fast.
From what we've seen even Bud doesn't know about this aspect of Brandy. The last I recall, Bud had only found out about her "day job" by prying it out of her. So does she actually have that office manager's job or what? I suppose with poiting ability one could seem to be in two places at once. Take a break and do her MIB thing and poit back to cover job before anyone knew she was gone. Or is there no office manager job? I suppose she could truthfully call her MIB job as office manager. But you'd think she could tell Bud. So many things we readers are not privy to.
