Well,right now they at least appear to be*, and if Old Colony Hobbies has arranged the proper licensing, may continue to be.

I smell major lawsuits coming from this one. Especially with a Darth Vader one (Buena Vista Pictures (Disney) is not known for letting this type of thing go).
