For a guy who spent a year as a butterfly that's probably an innocent remark by which he means nothing more than just that.

For Castela that comment may have her running for the bathroom to rip out flower boners for hours. If it weren't for the possible side effects she needs to get one of those talismans from Nad' that inhibit change.

He might just as well said he knows how to have sex with Castel.

Actually, I don't think he knows about the flowers in her hair. He might not even know about her being a plant hybrid... It's unlikely the subject ever came up, while she was ranting and shooting rocks in the canyon.
