Atsali looks like she's in ankle-length socks, and Abbie looks like she's in slippers. So it's not inconceivable that Devyn could be in stockings, in a very relaxed environment.

Berdine seems to be wearing slippers, I can't tell what Abby is wearing, since it's apparently all-black (or at least dark), Alexis could be wearing either slip-on shoes or slippers, Atsali is apparently wearing ankle socks with white toes, though they could be thin lightweight shoes . . . Devyn could be wearing tall non-slip socks, a taller version of what they issue hospital patients.

That kind of socks have an antislip pattern printed on the sole.
