scorch marks, eh ... another power, since plants usually do not really fare well in a storm, when lightning hits them. i start to wonder what else our cute "whatsit" can do.

Well, with a good education at Gryphon, and some great parenting by Kath, she's clearly become a well-grounded young Blackthorn.

(I wonder if this explains the streak in Kath's coiffure? Her hair is just naturally lightening?)

"Eat hot plasma, young one!"
"Thank you! May I have some popcorn to go with it, please?"
Her strands are probably made from high-temperature superconductors.
I'm surprised this didn't trigger a "Worst Mom Ever!" moment for Katherine!

She immune to lighting, immune to Fae magic. Makes one wonder if she is basically invulnerable. Really scary thing is she not grown and probably no where near full power. By the time she is mature i would be willing to bet on her in a toe to toe match with the old gods.

I'm sure there's a some multi-colored space rocks that might effect her.
[Are we just not doing the pun jar/vault anymore?]

Even the ones effected by the multi-colored space rocks are also vulnerable to magic.

Dave? There's a guy here - says his name's Tom Fury, from Mega Pun Jar LLC? - who wants to talk to you...

OK, but he'll have to wait until I finish singing. Inspiration struck, like a... well, you know.

And those sparks are thin disguise.
Roof on fire, beneath your thighs,
You just can't hide the fact you're ionized. ♫

Quite the shocking revelation there. Let's just hope that it doesn't cause Castela to bolt.
I'd like to see the incident that let them know that Castela was immune to lightning. That's not generally one of those things that people voluntarily try to find out by experimentation.

As I recall I was just trying to get home from work on a rainy night 15 years ago, not prove I was related to Wolverine. Of course finding out you're functionally immortal...
