I don't recognize these kids from Atsali's high school. Are they new characters?

i have noticed that feeding females ice cream and or chocolate does often result in peaceful resolution to a lot of situations.

I have it on good authority that Dude in the glasses is anatomically correct and knows how to use it. (Sometimes Shelly just can't keep from bubbling over...)
