Ouch
Do we know what this coach's name is yet? She's shorter and stockier than coach Adler.
If Pablo hasn't given her a name yet, I'd like to put forward Lunsky. It literally means "fluffy cloud".

In the event of a crash, your flotation devices can be used as cushions.

That's going to leave a mark. Don't know on who yet, but there will be a mark left behind.

Yeah. Mark is still on the ground, waiting for the solo sprint event training to start, and wishing like hell that he'd been included in the relay event this time.
But, unfortunately for him, the opportunity to interact with the school "princess" has gone to Ellen o'Handbasket.

If I didn't think it would get me banned, I'd make an account called "Pun Jar" just so I can have the real pun jar clear its throat at you very pointedly.

Is this the same mark who was involved at the start? As in on your mark, get set, go? If so then i have to agree that poor fella is always getting left.

Yeah, that's going to cause words. Speaking of which, I assume the coach has a microphone that is transmitting her words to the girls. Otherwise, she's shouting loud enough at two fliers moving at great speed possibly high in the sky that they can hear her, and that 's impressive. Or she's just talking and they can't hear her...
I am awed that Atsali is apparently flying upside down in the first panel.

That being said, having someone plow into your airbags like that would really knock the air out of you, and if you are flying at the time, likely to knock you out of the air as well. Stand by for tumbling fall of feathers as the fur begins to fly . . .
(throws a feather mattress into the pun jar)

Maybe the wings are just for display, and she really flies via a personal antigrav field.
That would explain certain phenomena . . . .

You do realize that if Ellen cannot extract her face from Atsali's cleavage, they will crash.

Is it against the rules for Atsali to carry the baton in the same way that she carries cookies and phones and remote controls?
