So I was looking at some comics from before the Golem Girls were formally introduced, and I kept seeing characters that felt really similar to them.
Like they were following Monica around at a distance.
Deitzel played spin the bottle with a girl that looked a lot like Brandi, then later I saw a few faces at the club where Monica, Rigo, and his sister went to (Rigo was freaking out about pickup artists).
I think I remember some other odd instances, too...
Now, this can easily be explained by saying Paul was just having those characters form in his mind and that showed in his work.
But what if it was because they were following Monica around, but at a distance?

The girl that Dietzel "licked" in that spin-the-bottle game was Simone. She was a bartender at Darren's pub.
