...is it just me or does 8-year-old Phix look a LOT like humanized Castela from a while ago before her hair got all... flow-y?

Ignoring the whole "sphinx body" stuff. Focus on the head, I guess...

Waaaaait. Phix existed outside the Time Loop, didn't she? Isn't she at least 80,000+ years old? Phix would still be an adult back when Medusa was alive. Heck, she'd be an adult for all but the first Time Loop, at most. We don't know how long Phix had been around before the Time Loop.

So my first theory is so far correct.

Which means she is... Let's see... (1450•57)+(2016-2012) = (82,654 + whatever age she was before the calendar machine was started) years old.

It isn't just you. I was wondering if Castela was learning a new body-shape, probably in hopes of being able to fly.

My mama always told me that commenting on a Ladys age was not nice and could make her upset. I would think that commenting on one of the apex preditors age would be downright dangerous for a persons health.

John is pretty rough around the edges... Yeah, he'd definitely make a quip along those lines. And he would promptly be punched through a wall, but that's what he gets for being impolite.

There's gotta be a great piece of art out there, along the lines of "Flaming Flying Derp", but I haven't found it yet.
