Well... maybe.

Atsali can't make a person fall in love/lust with her, if that person already loves her.

But... can Atsali make a person fall in love with something else (say, algebra) if that person doesn't already love it?

Nadette said that being a Seer protects her from magic, because "not all of me is in the Now to be affected"... but algebra is a timeless subject and so that protection might not entirely apply.

Cuteness and boobs would be hard enough to resist. Cuteness and boobs and Siren power might be irresistible even for a Seer.

Hmm.

I'd say that's really only a buff, not an immunity. A higher level of bullet resistance does not mean bulletproof. Kinda sounds like what part of Nadette that is present is still vulnerable to magic.

Siren magic doesn't work - at all - on someone who already loves you.

Nadette seems (i think) to have used the "seer immunity" bit to explain why Atsali couldn't influence her while Atsali was all fluttery about that young satyr.

Oh, yeah. Nadette is definitely totally immune to Atsali's siren song. I should have clarified, I was just pondering the mechanics of Nadettes +_ to Magic Resist in general.

Yeah, Opus is pretty much on the money. Project Wonderful, so far as I know, is a bit wary of explicit comics, as is Google AdSense. I'm not sure if Pablo uses GoogleAdSense, but I do know he uses ProjectWonderful because the super annoying banner ad at the top of the forums is from them.

Seriously, does that stupid banner make using the forums difficult for anyone else? For me, it always seems to load juuuust a little bit after the rest of the page... Like, right when I try to select something. As soon as I try to tap on a link, the whole friggin page will jump down. It got so annoying I ended up just blocking ProjectWonderful ads. (I still turn that filter off once in a while to see if anything new and interesting is floating around.)

In this case i think the reason the magic worked is the Seer could see in real time the vision.
