By the way: Atsali's "birthday" is Sunday the 31st (unofficially), as it was that day in 2013 that she first appeared in the strip.

Hm. 2 Wapsi Years = 3 Regular Years. Maybe the Calendar Machine fix had an effect of slowing time down?

Pickle probably couldn't help it. She's partially a plant, and plants are driven by instinctive biological drives like phototropism (seeking light) and hydrotropism (seeking water).

Her part-human heritage simply converted these into a fairly sophisticated and subtle form of pizzatropism. :ugeek:

Quick way of shutting that down would be to tell the little weed that she couldn't go to the pizza and games party with the "big girls", she would have to settle for cake and ice cream with Mom and Atsali the next day. I remember my kids inviting half the neighborhood kids to my party for some unknown reason (I'm sure that it was the half that were cute little girls had nothing to do with it).

I suspect the mascot of "Pizza and Games" is a certain large costumed rat...

...or, at least, that's what everyone THINKS is a costume...

Nah, they wouldn't leave her out of it, I'm sure. And she hast the right priorities.

While I myself also prefer the quieter celebrations of passing time (never was one for big birthday celebrations) I certainly can see the appeal of a lot of friends coming together for pizza, games and (and this is probably one of the most important parts) gossip. No place for startig rumors than a big party

Well, better a giant rat man than a mechanical bear in a top hat.

Atsali: "Do you know what that means?"

Pickle: "PIZZA AND GAMES!"

Atsali: "I'll take that as a yes..." LOL

Wapsi time, like comic time everywhere, is whatever is convenient for storytelling...

Unless the giant rat man starts serving pizzas by shooting them out of his mouth. If the lights go out, all bets are off.

Tyro error, there, Atsali. The moment you said 'pizza and games' you lost control of the situation. always keep in mind, for little kids - even little plant kids - piazza and games trumps everything.

You just think he's mechanical...Where do you think Berdine and Nadette's parents worked Summers when they were kids?

Anyway, some of us LIKE the Country Bear Jamboree...

Personally, I highly enjoy playing Game while drinking Beverage whenever I go to Pizza And Game Place.

And now I have to wonder if the regular patronage of paras has succeeded in keeping Fazbear's open in the Wapsiverse...
