As projective empaths go, I'd say Devyn ranks up there in the "has a kick like a mule" category.

Note- I never felt any angst towards Devyn or any sympathy towards her tormentors. I now feel vindicated.

The sobbing of shame...
Bullies don't often get a chance to feel the pain they inflict. Of course there are those who say that bullies have often been bullied themselves and just inflict themselves on those weaker than they... Even then, I don't think they stop to realize the hurt they cause... or just don't care in a "I hurt so you hurt" kinda way.

And for those that bully because they've been bullied, there is quite arguably less of a reason/excuse to bully than their is for their own tormentors.

Now that Jordan has had her epiphany (or enema as the case may be) and fully understands just how her actions made Devyn feel, one can't help but wonder about Tara. Did she redeem herself by trying to rescue the voice calling for help? Or is she headed for rude awakening when she realizes that is not just any teddy bear she tucked under her arm.
And what of Devyn and Atsali? Now that Devyn was invited to join the cool kid as a friend, will she feel better inside? If she does, and doesn't hold it back; will her new friend feel all warm and fuzzy when they are together? Or are Sirens immune to that kind of thing?
I have no idea where this is all going, but we are making excellent time!
