As big of a cheerleader as I am for ReactOS I would not recommend to anyone they install it on anything other than a virtual machine or spare computer for testing (assuming you can get it installed on hardware). They are having breakthroughs but it isn't there yet. Don't hesitate to check it out with a live disc, though.

One caution about Windows 10: you should go into the network settings, and turn off the "WiFi Sense" feature. This feature, which is turned on by default, allows Windows 10 to upload an encrypted copy of your WiFi network name and password to Microsoft's servers, and automatically share this information with all of your Facebook (and other) contacts who are also using Windows 10. ...[/quote]
Well...
I... Guess I'm gonna be digging through all that stuff and turning off what I missed...
And I may have to abandon Cortana. She's a neat trick, but I have to shout at my computer to make her wake up.
Ugh...
And as for windows defender turning itself on? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! That's ridiculous! Wouldn't that interfere with 3rd party antivirus programs?!?

I found this. Simple enough, really.
I just did it. I think it circumvents the whole "enterprise only" problem. Maybe not. Still, it's better than nothing.
I also found this to permanently kill Windows Defender.
