What gets me is how fast Lily identified that the 2 of them, and doesn't seem upset by the current arrangement. Or taken notice of the yawning crater.

The better question is where the eyes were before they were checking out the rear? Did Nadette get a good eye full of Sali??? Or when they were flying did her eyes take position on the best places to see where they were going? Panal 1 suggests not but the voice appears to come from where the eyes are. So maybe Nadette blinked at that moment? If so two eyes and two points to put them on. Bet it gave truly wonderful depth perception.

Oh, she's taking cognizance of the glowing crater - well, not so much of the crater as of the fact that the mundane world noticed.

And vampires would have to have some way of identifying potential prey, if only a keen nose.

well, of course she got an eyefull.. it takes time and concentration, to morph.. that's why she doesn't always do it!! :/

Gramma looks mad enough to partake of Siren tar-tare. Once all this works itself out though, Nadette will be the butt of some jokes for a while. She will deserve it too. She could have picked a less embarrassing spot for her face, such as the back. OTOH, she couldn't have picked a funnier place. All Atsali has to do to shut her up is sit down. "Norad? Norad who?" <Atsali's best innocent look>

Oh, wait, I get it now. Nadette is moving her mouth and eyes around as needed. They started at the front but shifted to the rear for a look behind to see Lily approaching. Actually, that's even creepier.
