Well, now it's time for the Wonder Twins to remember their respective powers.

They launched hanging onto the outside of the rocket with Atsali's arms under the rungs of the ladder. OMG, that's going to leave a mark. OTOH, Atsali can fly them away and I'll bet Nadette might be able to form wings as well.
So, what's in the rocket? Stacie?

I believe the trope for this one is "That's Gottta Hurt" or "That's Going To Leave a Mark".

That actually looks like they are hanging on the outside of that projectile. If they are how in the heck did Sali's arms manage to stay attached to her body against the G forces launching it?
It appears to have exited via a launch tube, if so how did the girls escape being scraped off the side as they passed through the tube??
Fianlly it looks like the projectile fell apart during flight and shook the girls loose. Again how did Sali manage not to have her arms torn off?
I know sirens are tough but if the forces were great enough to shatter the material it was built from how could they be tougher.
They might have been inside but I kinda doubt ti. There are no nearby opening they could have come from. If they came from part of it below the last frame then they are still traveling upward on momentum. If so her arms would still be torn off when the thing fragmented. They should at least be dislocated by the launch.
Heck at least she could pose for Venus De Milo!!!! No crime involved in imitation either. I am sure they are covered by the statue of limitations.

At least Nadette has a couple of airbags to soften the impending impact.

If you look close you can see them hanging off the right side of the booster until the capsule separates when you can see a word balloon with two tails pointing to where they were jolted loose.

to me more likely
"shape of....a siren!"
"form of....your boobs are real soft, just saying."

Just like Atsali did. History is repeating itself...

I don't know whether to say "They don't build rockets like they used to" or "Gee,
what else hasn't changed in the last 7,000 years?"
I guess Pablo passed on the chance to name this one "Seperation Anxiety"

Most likely. Or it could be her backup (however that might work).

Does that look to anyone else like Atsali's arms have probably broken from being yanked against those rungs?

The answer to all this is easy.
Wapsi. Square.
See?
*sings*
WAPSI ODDITY
Ground Control to Atsali
Ground Control to Atsali
Take your protein pills
and put your arms in the rungs
Ground Control to Atsali
Commencing countdown,
engines on
Check ignition
and may God's love be with you
[spoken]
Ten, Nine, Eight, Seven, Six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One, Liftoff
This is Ground Control
to Atsali
You've really made the grade
And the papers want to know if your shirt's a bear
Now it's time to leave the capsule
if you dare
This is Atsali to Ground Control
The rungs have broken off
And I'm floating
in a most peculiar way
And the stars look very different today
For here
Am I sitting in the'scape pod
Far above Mapimi
Planet Earth is blue
And there's nothing I can do
Though I'm past
one hundred thousand miles
I'm feeling very strange
And I think the 'scape pod knows which way to go
Tell my mom I love her very much
she knows
Ground Control to Atsali
Your circuit's dead,
there's something wrong
Can you hear me, Atsali?
Can you hear me, Atsali?
Can you hear me, Atsali?
Can you....
Here am I floating
round the 'scape pod
Far above Mapimi
Planet Earth is blue
And there's nothing I can do.
gawd I couldn't resist!!!

Atsali's arms are very strong. Remember, she saved Kathryn by snatching her in mid fall in a previous arc, that would probably be 3 to 4 times her own weight in the pull-out. And she has grown since then.
Based on frame #1 it looks like they came off the rocket with a fair bit of altitude, so Atsali and company have plenty of time as they glide down to observe the decent of the (escape?) capsule. I expect that what is in it will be the Friday cliffhanger.

We know that when she is in full siren mode, she can
rip a man in half. And even when in human form she is way more durable than human, given how she takes (almost) no damage from
this fall. So even though the acceleration or the wind shear would have likely killed a normal human, it's not that surprising that Atsali is more resilient.

Who puts hand-holds on the outside of a rocket?
Nadette 'knew' this was a (possible) escape to the outside, so this rocket must have been meant as an emergency exit/escape vehicle?
Unless Ethetians were a lot more robust than humans, doesn't that suggest there must have been some way of reducing the g-forces that you'd get from a traditional rocket launch?

"if your shirt's a bear?"
That would make Atsali bear chested.
