Gotta love Calista's "Oh shit!" look on her face in that last panel!

The subtle little "clink" we just heard, was the penny dropping. One cent is the traditional cost one must pay, in order to purchase a brand-spanking-new "oh shit oh dear" moment.
I think Calista's account has just been paid.

Calista: "Time to make tracks out the back door!"
Unseen patron: "There is no back door."
Calista: "Where do you think they might want one? Because there will be in just a second!"

Is this the first time that we've heard Dietzel bark?

Calista is thinking about what Monica put her through 'for her own good' when Monica wasn't mad at her.
Now she is contemplating what Monica can do when she is mad at her for shrinking Dietzel.
Suicide Calista, quick -- who knows, it might even be able to save you from her. Or you can just throw yourself down in front of her and beg real fast for mercy, or at least a quick, relatively painless, death.

Exiting into the space around the Library won't get you far, and you will be fairly obvious. Better to take the nearest portal out.
Of course the portal aren't labeled for destination, the closest may go someplace you don't want to be, and many appear to be one way only. So I hope you are up for an adventure, assuming you do manage to get away from Monica.

As Kai Lung says:
There are few situations in life that cannot be resolved, and that quickly, by a bag of gold, honourable suicide or the thrusting of a despised adversary over a precipice on a dark night.

The full import of Cricket's "brain fart" (for lack of a better term) is coming to the fore. Oh, shit, indeed!

"...does this place have a restroom?"
I kind of feel bad for Calista: She's completely psyched herself out regarding Mon and her abilities, despite contrary first-hand testimony from the Demon Shepherd herself. Of course,
we know Cricket has nothing to worry about; the real trick is convincing
her.
