Pablo's used the ellipsis in a similar manner before. Just don't catch me quoting the URL's of the instances, though.

I believe that he used 'em similarly around August 2 of 2002, October 27 of 2003, April 9 of 2004, March 16 of 2007, June 11 and July 8 of 2010, March 2 and 14 and November 18 of 2011, November 5 of 2012, and December 10 of 2013. Sometimes he gets creative and goes other routes, of course, such as May 8 of 2009, April 4 of 2002, April 7 of 2006, July 23 of 2007, June 24 of 2005, or February 15 of 2013

I can't remember the URLs, though, and my online connection is running too slow today for me to want to try checking the archive to find those. Anybody who is bored enough is free to go searching for themselves.

*I'd forgotten it was called that and did searches for "dot dot dot" and "speechless pause" before finding the page linked above.
Stinkoman from Homestar Runner has actually said "Dot dot dot!" out loud.
