So, in the Australian State of Western Australia the councils of a City and a Town have to merge to become one entity and have decided to get a new name while they are at it.

The City of South Perth and the Town of Victoria Park.

And guess what they have decided to name their new City?

> Hint 1: It's part of one name + part of the other name

> Hint 2: Most people will already recognise the name from somewhere else

> Hint 3: Today is NOT April the First

Ooooh boy. This may not go well.

FYI South Park is an actual region in Colorado, as is North Park.

North Park is the (white) valley area Northwest of Denver, East of the Park Range.
South Park is the valley area West of Colorado Springs, between Mt. Harvard and Pikes Peak. I've been through there -- it's relatively flat and lovely, surrounded by snow capped mountain peaks.
