I'm sorry whenever I think of the chimera I think of thisguy , and yes I believe Monica could reassemble the Chimera and disassemble it; I don't think it would harm the GGG's other than probably cause some PTSD on them. So only break glass in case of massive fire.
Make the wrong things difficult, and the right things easy. Notice the smallest change and the slightest try and reward him.
