Since the two threads have the same creation time (10:03) I can't tell who ninja'ed whom. So, I'll vote in favor of Displaced, who got the thread topic more correct ("Kung Fu" vs. "Kungfu"). Yeah, it's pedantic, but it's all I have to go on.

It's good to see that Atsali did not go into a meltdown, either over Pickle's continued goading / nattering / happy-talk, or over the fact that she's talking directly to the famed Jaguar Girl. Atsali's definitely embarrassed but seems to be handling it really well, overall!

Bummer. I really need to remember these titles better. But I was after speed.

Onward to Lidia's.

We have several score to award.

Everyone who suggest stuffing something into Pickle's mouth gets a cookie.

Those who suggest Bra shopping also get a cookie.

I have hired Becky to do the cookie and subcontracted through the pun jar. It was a tricky negotiation but managed it in the end. Take your coupon to CC and the pastries section to collect it.

Ya know, in the Wapsiverse, "young grasshopper" could be a literal reference in some cases.

The nija's belong to her master and are not permanent features at Lydia's. Besides they might be the secret. After all something need to hold the secret.

Probably not for a couple days, Lidia's probably isn't open at night, and is by apointment only.

So discussion in the bra department tonight, and a visit to Lidia's later, probably excused at school as having to deal with a 'medical' problem.

Be interesting how the other girls at school respond to her changed appearance. First there will be obviously be extreme envy, but what do they do if all Atsali does denigrates her new growth and brushes the boys off because they are obviously only interested in her twins?

Or she could only strike up a friendship with the nerd the other girls all ignore, who is only interested in talk to her because of how smart she is? That will realy set the boys off to discourage the nerd. Atsali seems pretty strong, so she might be tempted to intervene, resulting in her needing more mentoring, from the Sage of the Forest this time, about how to not to become a bully.

That just inspired a horrible thought.

I think Paul may have decided against including such, in the Wapsiverse canon, out of fairness to the other paranormals.

Wouldn't be cricket, you see.

I don't know if the time has been mentioned, but it would make sense that...

HeHe, I used the Wapsi chronology. It is not always up to date but it can help sometimes.
