To me, Spencer's feels like it has changed quite a bit. It used to have some of everything for everybody but now feels like their focus is overwhelmingly on the drinking/weed smoking college crowd. Much less fantasy and fun to be had.

i know there's at least one mall with a Spencer's still in it, out here in Seattle, but i haven't been IN it in so long i can neither confirm nor deny the current mentality of the target audience they're going for, though i do tend to agree with you from what i do remember from the last time i went in...
