I have known of people who, when in a similar situation and when wearing waterproof clothing, simply "did their business" in the suit.

Though while Jin turned into what appeared to be a completely snake-like (if oversized) snake, Bud's goatish appearance was never fully goat-like. It was more of a weregoat sort of critter.

While i do deeply love my wife and am real fond of myself as well i can truly say that given our umm bodybuild that we both need to say no the latex and spandex clothing. I dont believe a 55 gallon drum of crisco could get either one of us in those outfits, lol.

I used to do a good bit of whitewater canoeing. It did seem like a large part of the attraction, to a certain subset of boaters, was the opportunity to change into neoprene overalls on a public boatramp.

I can see if they're wearing a latex dress type apparel, and they stand over the toilet, but if they're wearing something completely encasing, including the feet, then would't there be quite a bit of sloshing around involved, depending on how much they would have to urinate? (I'm not trying to be rude or gross, but I am truly curious as to how people could manage something like that... I just can't imagine someone doing that.)

They could ask a diver who spend a long time underwater in wetsuit about it
Considering the other option is spending a fair bit of time getting to the surface (avoiding decompression, I believe sometimes it can take hours to get back to the surface safely),
divers will let the inside of their suits get a bit wet (and for a while, warm)

well a wetsuit is not built the same way a latex bodysuit is...
a wetsuit is *designed* to let water in , its your body heat that will warm that up, and give insulation from the cold water... so any 'extra' will not be much of a problem when you are underwater!!!
buyer beware, before you buy something to wear at a club, make sure it looks good, AND has a zipper/velcro in the *important* place!!!!
If you still dont have that option, then use what most lady bikers use, so they can
emulate how men can pee...
