The Titan-eyes may be a genuine clue. But I doubt Bia would tread on another's turf just to get back at Nudge. Bia rather pointedly ignored M when she arrived in the Library, after all. And Bia likes to compartmentalize her relationships.

No, I think there are enough clues out there as to what is "possessing" Monica. Someone who is damn well fed up with being kicked around.
